Both panels of the priest stole feature embroidery depicting two fish, the Ichthys symbol, and stylized crosses set against wavy lines symbolizing water. On the back at the neck, a single small cross is embroidered in gold thread.

The embroidery uses threads in two colors. Silver fills the fish silhouettes and the arms of the crosses, while gold outlines the contours and the wavy lines in the background. The Ichthys fish motif refers to the early Christian symbol of Christ and to the words spoken to the Apostles: “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Mt 4,19).
