RETURNS

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used to place the original order.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges, handling fees, and any additional delivery surcharges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Custom-made and personalized products are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This includes items made in special colors, finishes, non-standard sizes, or other customized variations. Please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, color, or variation, please return the original item first and place a new order for the option you prefer.
