Eucharistic symbols and floral embroidery

The embroidered liturgical canopy features Eucharistic symbols including IHS; a gold communion chalice with altar bread rising above it, from which rays emanate; the Agnus Dei with a red banner, symbolizing the Risen Jesus Christ; and a pelican. The liturgical canopy also features an embroidered floral motif composed of colorful roses, wheat, and fruit-bearing vines. The underside of the liturgical canopy additionally features a White Dove symbolizing the Holy Spirit.
